Villa Pacifica Condo – OFF-SITE

We have expanded our accommodation portfolio to include a new OFF-PROPERTY condo called Villa Pacifica. Villa Pacifica is located 2 -3 minutes down our road, directly below Pacific Edge Eco Lodge. We have added this for those of you looking for a more private escape with all the modern conveniences of home.

This is a modern, air conditioned, luxury 2 story condo with both a master & guest bedroom, featuring stunning ocean views from both the master and downstairs patios, (you may even see whales breaching in the distance) two pools (shared with other residences) and all the modern amenities of home you may need.

It is a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa that sleeps up to 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. We have a pull out sofa in the downstairs living area for 1 or 2 people.

Each room host their own private bathroom and shower with hot running water, a fully equipped kitchen, full stove with oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator. We have installed smart tv’s through out, reliable wifi, a workstation for remote workers, dining tables both indoor and on the outdoor patio. There is also a pull out sofa downstairs in the living room that may sleep an additional 2 guests. This is a great space for couples and or families looking for a private home during their vacation. Children of all ages are welcome with their family.

It will be available for short term (2 night minimum) or long term use starting in November 2022.

Bungalow Suite Four

Cabin 4  is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom rustic wooded cabina with screened in windows surrounded by jungle, ocean and mountain views. This is the largest and most private of all the cabinas so we call it the Bungalow Suite. 

This is located at the bottom of the property accessed by about 40 steps down the mountain ridge and it features a long private patio with amazing views where on most mornings or evenings you can see the monkeys, toucans and a variety of birds hanging out in the trees below. The patio has a hammock and dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with hot water showers, Wi-fi, quick dry comfy towels, newly handmade beds with brand new linens and extra pillows if needed, full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you might need and a full refrigerator. Each cabin is also equipped with ceiling and floor fans in case you need them. The room is also supplied with in-room safe for your convenience. King Size Bed, Queen Size Bed, a Twin bed and a single sofa/couch. Sleeps 6 adults, comfortably. 6 people Max.

Note: Although it is the most private as is the furtherest from the common areas, it is accessed by several steps down the mountain ridge, directly past the other cabins. So please be aware of this if you have difficulties walking up or down a flight of stairs. On the flip side, it’s a great workout with a great view! 

Cabina Three

The same layout as cabina two,  this is also a popular room for couples or guests up to 4.

Cabin Three is a rustic wooden cabina featuring an open air concept with screened in windows filled with fresh mountain breezes blowing through out the room. This is a popular bungalow for couples or guests up to 4.  Two twin beds or (pushed together to be a king) and one queen bed with private balcony and hammock, wi-fi, hot water shower, quick dry comfy towels, newly handmade beds with brand new linens and extra pillows if needed, kitchenette with all the cooking utensils you might need and a mini refrigerator. Each cabin is also equipped with ceiling and floor fans in case you need them although we highly suggest to leave your windows open so that you can feel the fresh mountain breeze air blowing through the cabin. The room is also supplied with in-room safe for your convenience.

Cabina Two

This is a popular bungalow for couples or guests up to 4.  Two twin beds or (pushed together to be a king) and one queen bed with private balcony and hammock, wi-fi, hot water shower, quick dry comfy towels, newly handmade beds with brand new linens and extra pillows if needed, kitchenette with all the cooking utensils you might need and a mini refrigerator. Each cabin is also equipped with ceiling and floor fans in case you need them although we highly suggest to leave your windows open so that you can feel the fresh mountain breeze air blowing through the cabin. The room is also supplied with in-room safe for your convenience.

Cabina One

Cabina One is the first of the cabinas and closet to the Rancho (breakfast area) our personal home and the pool, lounge area. It is a popular bungalow for couples but can sleep up to three comfortably. This is the least private of the three other cabins as it’s closest to the common areas. Still a wonderful tranquil cabina and much easier to navigate as it’s right at the top of the hill with no steps to access.
